冬晨
盈門積雪詠冬晨 , 乍望層巒一片銀 ,
若佛臥床何靜默 , 似雲張幔掩嶙峋 ;
荒郊遺果無猿拾 , 冷靄侵松有鶴嗔 ;
程氏名師狠如許 , 禪眠戶外立癡人。

前三聯描模冬景頗好,末一聯跳得有點遠了。

鶴用〔嗔〕字恐怕不宜。

看吳詞長近來很喜用程門立雪這典故。
程門之所以不啓，自有其原因。
其間程門中人有句詩云：

卻啓程門奈雪封。

因天氣太冷，冰雪都把門封著，程門中之，乃老弱寒儒，無力把冰封劈開，還有可能已經餓至手無縛雞之力。

Winter Morning【By Charles Wu】
Snow piled up the door in the morning of winter.
All mountains were covered with layer of silver.
They looked like sleeping Buddhas in dead silence.
Clouds danced around the jagged rocks in absence.
No apes came out to collect the gift fruits scattering.
Only cold mist invaded the pines with cranes chirping.
Professor Cheng was very cruel to his students.
During his dozing, they had to stood outdoor in patience.
