風流翰墨場 , 大塊蘊文章。岸柳撩鉤月 ; 橋燈吻海棠。
雖如陶令隱 ; 難效李仙狂。誰說春宵短 , 閒方覺夜長。

Spring Night [By Charles Wu]
The wind blows over the scholar land
On which good poems will be pre-planned.
The bank willow teases the new moon.
Bridge light will kiss the spring flowers soon.
As Mr. Tao, I live in seclusion.
I can write Li’s verse after a fashion.
People always say spring night is very short.
“The retired will not feel the same ! ” I retort.
